From what started as a small hobby has turned into a small business and a full time job which I’m very proud off. I offer a wide selection of high quality and highly scented wax melts, snap bars, mini melts and custom items.
I use 100% soy wax in all my products and the wax and fragrance oils I use are from uk suppliers.

Shipping
The Rose River set fair postage pricing that reflects the actual handling, packaging and shipping costs of each item.
For any orders outside of the UK prices will needed to be worked out by weight.
All orders are processed Monday- Friday. We endeavour to dispatch within 4-6 working days, although during busy times this might increase so please allow up to 10 working days.
Free Postage Where we offer Free Delivery (UK mainland*) on a product, this will be by Economy carrier and applies to that product only unless otherwise stated. In other words, if you order other products in the same order, they will attract their usual delivery charge. Free delivery is for orders that are £45 and over.
Free delivery is to what our courier considers UK mainland only.

- We aim to dispatch your order within 4- 6 working days

We offer a no quibble money back guarantee**. Simply return the item(s) to us and if it is because of our error, we will refund both your purchase price plus your original postage costs.
If you do receive an incorrect or damaged item, please do contact us first, and we will do everything we can to correct this to your satisfaction. If you have a missing item then please ensure that any disputes are raised within 10 working days to us. After this we will not be able to raise any claims if a resolution is not agreed within this time frame. If you have a damaged or lost item please ensure it is raised to both ourselves and your chosen delivery method with 5 working days of receiving your order. If we raise an issue then please respond back to us within 5 working days with an agreed resolution. If we do not hear back from you within 20 working days we will assume it is resolved and no further action is needed and your case will be closed.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
